 Accommodation A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the participants at the Coganoi Bay Hotel, which is the site of the conference. The hotel offers the special conference rates during the conference and the Committee will substantially support payments of foreign participants. One extra bed will be available. The rates below are for one person per night. The committee will cover the applicable tax and service charge attached to the room charge. However, extra charges, such as telephone calls, room service and room bar are the responsibility of the participant. Foreign Participants (Dec. 6th-9th)

There will be a very limited number of single bed rooms. These rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. Roommates may be requested. The hotel registration as well as the Registration form reach the Conference Secretariat before October 6, 1998. (See Registration Form) If you would like to make a reservation before and after the conference at the Coganoi Bay Hotel, please contact via e-mail at nfo5@ap.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp. All amendments to bookings, as well as payments, must be done through the Conference Secretariat and not directly with the hotels. Cancellation of Accommodation Written notice of cancellation is required to be sent to the Conference Secretariat in advance of arrival. Deposit will be refunded as below. Notice 30 days or more prior to arrival - refund of deposit, less 3,000 yen handling fee. Notice 29 days or less, prior to arrival - no refund. Accommodation Information Coganoi Bay Hotel is an annex to the traditional Japanese hotel and built as a western-style resort hotel. This newly built annex is located on a hill, over-looking the ocean. It promises guests a relaxing time, offering various facilities such as in-door swimming pool, spas, fitness center, garden filled with seasonal flowers, restaurants, and bars. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. All amendments to bookings, as well as payments during the conference (December 6-10) must be done through the Conference Secretariat and not directly with the hotel.
